One of our core values is a commitment to the safety and well-being of everyone – employees, customers, the communities we serve and our nation. We are continuously monitoring the fluid COVID-19 pandemic including key guidelines and procedures from the CDC, State and local governments.
As a result, we are adapting some of our processes:
Please do not come to a Foley facility if you or your employee is sick, have flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has recently been sick.
Foley employees have been instructed that if they are sick, or have symptoms, they may not come to work until they have met the required governmental guidance.
Please allow us to serve you remotely using our phone, online and curbside options below.
Please do not see it as impolite that we are practicing social distancing per the CDC. Your safety and business are important to us and a 6-foot distance for in-person interactions is best for everyone.
All of our facilities are currently open during their normal business hours: Parts, Service, Rental, Product Support & Sales.
Please order parts over the phone or online. Phone orders may be placed by calling any of our facilities. Parts can be ordered online at www.Parts.cat.com/foleyequipment
All parts orders may be picked up:
– Via curbside delivery at any of our facilities. Simply call the parts department to schedule your pickup time.
– Via any of our 150+ drop box locations located in Kansas and Western Missouri.
When dropping a machine off for service, please call our service desk to discuss your service needs rather than entering our facility.
Field service is available as normal, but we are utilizing social distancing for everyone’s safety.
Customers cannot be allowed in our service department or service bays at this time.
Rental needs can be met by calling your rental representative or any of our rental counters. You can call 844-FOLEYEQ (844-365-3937) and be connected to your local rental counter. Please schedule pickup or drop-off of rental equipment by calling your local facility and scheduling a time.
We continue to deliver rental equipment to jobsites as normal but are practicing social distancing for everyone’s safety. You can also manage your rental requirements with the Cat Rental Store app on your smartphone, downloadable from the App Store or at www.FoleyRental.com.
